Order receiving

When you receive your order, please check the global state of the package and the conformity of the contents with your order. Sometimes, for practical reasons, we have to divide the order in several packages. When an order is divided we mention it on the bill.

Exchange Right

In application of French law about mail-order business, you have a 7 day-period (starting when you actually receive your order) during which you have the possibility to cancel or exchange your order without being charged. In order to use this right, you shall read the procedure detailed in the "Terms and conditions", especially the paragraph regarding returning products.

Return Policy

Returned products must be in their original package. Money will not be refunded for any damaged or unpacked product. The shipping costs for the return of the products are at the expenses of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed.

Because of their uniqueness, signed goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In the case of litigation, and failing prior friendly settlement, the competent court is the one with jurisdiction for the company.
