Shipping & Rates ShippingShipping timeEvery order is packed and shipped within 72 hours once your settlement has been accepted. This delay does no take into account out-of-stock conditions. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible when a product is no longer available. Delivery timeDelivery time takes into account your location and your shipment option choice. All of our shipments leave from the North of France. The delivery of the products is processed by the group La Poste, an company governed by French law. Countries of Delivery Because of current political situation and /or the lack of sufficient guarantees for shipping orders in some countries, you won't find them in the delivery countries list. But if you still want to be delivered in one of these countries, please contact us so that we can analyse the situation together.
Rates Regarding legislation of delivery country, the nature or the amount of your order may be regulated. It is your responsibility to get informed of your country's legislation and if necessary, to take necessary measures before placing your order. We could not be held responsible for a refusal of importation or for additional charges (taxes, customs fees, etc...) related to your order. The non-delivery of your order on these assumptions does not give right to any guarantee.
Gift OptionsWhen you are in the confirmation step of your order, you can choose "Gift Options" for your sendings. Tick "Add Gift Options" before clicking on "Proceed order". Gift wrapping or a simple messageYou can have your items wrapped and leave a personal message on the delivery slip to the person the gift is addressed to. To have an item wrapped, all you need to do is tick the "Gift Wrapping" box corresponding to the article you wish to wrap. If your order counts more than one article and if you want to have them all wrapped, tick the option "Wrap all articles" that offers you a good deal on the gift wrapping for all the articles of the order. You can also attached a personal message to your sending. It will be displayed in the header of the delivery slip enclosed with your order. If you're having at least one article wrapped, then the personal message option is free. If you use this option on its own, then you'll have to pay a small fee. To activate this option, all you need to do is tick the "Attach a message only" box. Warning! The Gift wrapping option is not available for posters! Delivery SlipIf you select at least one Gift Option for your order, the bill normally enclosed with the order will then be replaced by a delivery slip listing all the articles with no price indication and with your personal message if you entered one.
